| If a participant does not show up by the following morning, the room will be released at that time and the person charged for the night. |
| Confirmation of Hotel Reservations |
| Participants will receive a written confirmation of their reservation by e-mail. If you do not receive your confirmation within one week, please contact the conference secretariat. |
| All accommodation expenses have to be settled directly with the hotel on-site. Credit card and cash are both acceptable. |
| Long-distance airport buses are available from Shanghai Pudong Airport or Shanghai Hongqiao Airport to downtown Suzhou (the final destination). It takes about 2.5 hours or 1 hour from Pudong or Hongqiao Airports to Suzhou, respectively. |
