How to Register

Please fill out the Registration Form and return it to the Secretariat of NDNC2010 before March 30, 2010.

Upon the receipt of the Registration Form, a confirmation letter with your registration number will be sent by e-mail to each participant. Please keep a copy of the confirmation letter and show us upon your arrival at the conference registration desk.

* A copy of student ID or a recommendation from the student’s supervisor with signature is required for a student’s registration.

Confirmation of the Registration
Upon the receipt of the Online Registration, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail to each participant. Please keep a copy of the confirmation letter and show us upon your arrival at the conference registration desk.

Onsite payment of registration fees by credit cards is allowed.

Registration Refund Policy:
A written notification of cancellation from attendees must be received and confirmed by the conference secretariat before a refund can be issued. An administrative charge and all bank charges will be deducted from the amount according to the date the cancellation letter is received:
