How to Register

Please fill out the Registration Form and return it to the Secretariat of NDNC2010 before March 30, 2010.

Upon the receipt of the Registration Form, a confirmation letter with your registration number will be sent by e-mail to each participant. Please keep a copy of the confirmation letter and show us upon your arrival at the conference registration desk.

Registration Fees (In US Dollars)

* A copy of student ID or a recommendation from the student’s supervisor with signature is required for a student’s registration.

A. For general participants the fee includes:
Admission to all scientific sessions
Admission to the exhibition
One welcome reception
Coffee breaks and lunches between May 16-19, 2010
A copy of conference proceedings

B. For students the fee includes:
Admission to all scientific sessions
Admission to the exhibition
One welcome reception
Coffee breaks and lunches between May 16-19, 2010
The conference proceeding is available for purchase on site

C. For accompanying persons the fee includes
Admission to the exhibition
One welcome reception
Lunches between May 16-19, 2010

Confirmation of the Registration
Upon the receipt of the Online Registration, a confirmation letter will be sent by e-mail to each participant. Please keep a copy of the confirmation letter and show us upon your arrival at the conference registration desk.

Please make sure to include the title "NDNC 2010 Conference", and your full name on the Message to the Beneficiary of your bank transfer, and please send us a copy of the receipt of the bank transfer and keep a copy for your own record.

Onsite payment of registration fees by credit cards is allowed.

Registration Refund Policy:
A written notification of cancellation from attendees must be received and confirmed by the conference secretariat before a refund can be issued. An administrative charge and all bank charges will be deducted from the amount according to the date the cancellation letter is received:
